What we collect
We collect the information needed to operate the service: account details (such as your email), the languages and sessions you run, and basic usage and diagnostic data to keep the product reliable.
Service audio and captions
To translate a service, audio is processed in real time and passed to our speech and translation providers to generate captions. We aim to retain only what's necessary to deliver and improve the service.
Listeners
People who join a session to read captions do so without creating an account. We don't require personal information from listeners to use the caption page.
Your choices
You can request access to or deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us at hello@lethimhear.church.
